Standard Shipping
Our standard method of shipping is via UPS ground service. Shipping rates are on an estimated cost basis. When you place your order, the shipping charge for the ship method of your choice will be estimated. Exact shipping charges will be calculated at the time your order is processed by DG Motorsports. Freight shipping
Items that cannot be shipped by standard carriers because they are too heavy or require special handling are shipped via a specialized freight carrier. Freight items may incur an additional shipping charge. Freight costs vary by destination. If your package is being shipped to a business address, incurred charges will be less than those for a residential address. We will ship freight collect, however extra charges may apply. DGM freight shipping includes only standard curbisde delivery. Freight shipping does not include: "white glove" service, inside delivery, or delivery to any floors other than the ground floor. top
Where we ship
Currently, DG Motorsports ships to addresses within the United States, its territories, Canada and Mexico. Please call us to inquire about delivery to countries outside of those listed. top
Delivery times
Weekdays: For orders shipped via UPS Ground Service, all in stock items ship on the same business day for orders placed before 11am (PST). Orders placed after 11 am (PST) are processed the next business day, and in-stock items ship the day after processed. Weekends: If your order is placed after 2pm (PST) on Friday, it will be processed the following business day for shipment that same business day.
Due to the high demand for some of our more popular items, back orders occasionally occur. If one or more of your items are on back order, you will not be charged for those items until they are shipped. Back ordered items are kept open for 60 days. After 60 days the item(s) on back order will be cancelled, at which time you may re-order.
Non-Stocked Items. DGM items such as carbon fiber hoods are made by hand and not generally kept in inventory. These items usually ship within 10 business days of your order date. We will call you to confirm your order and inform you of the expected shipping date.
We try hard to ship in the times quoted (and faster if possible), but sometimes items are delayed beyond the stated windows. If an item that you order will take longer than the original estimate, we will inform you as soon as possible to let you know what the new estimated shipping date is. We will not charge your credit card until your order ships. That's only fair. top
Returns & Exchanges
With some exceptions (see below), if you are not satisfied with your order you may return it within 30 days of your receipt of merchandise for a refund or exchange of the purchase price, however you must pay to ship the item back to us. Any shipping fees and/or costs are non-refundable. Here are the exceptions and clarifications:

Products must be returned to us in their original condition and in their original packaging.

We cannot accept returns on products that have been customized (color, finish, dimensions, etc.)

All returns and exchanges are subject to our Terms of Use.
Please contact us in order to receive complete instructions on returning goods. Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 weeks for processing. top
Damaged Goods Replacements
Items are carefully designed and packaged to withstand the rigors of travel, but sometimes damage does occur en route. Please inspect your purchase immediately upon receipt. If there is any damage, contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement. Keep all of the original packing material. Please contact us, and well provide you with instructions. top
Product Warranties
Items that carry a warranty are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of receipt. DG Motorsports will not back warranty requests due to shipping damage, improper handling or installation, abuse, neglect, accidents, competition or use or damages resulting from purposes other than for show. Warranty claims apply to DG Motorsports warranted parts only. Parts returned under warranty will be handled by our quality control department, which could take up to three weeks. If our quality control department determines that the damage was due to manufacturer error, an exchange or credit will be issued at our option. DG Motorsports does not cover the cost of return shipping to our facility. top
